Privacy Policy

- ⁠Swim suits and beach wear CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
- All other products ( other than swimsuits and beachwear) can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the day of delivery, and in case of a refund it will conducted over instapay to the number in the delivery form after review of the item returned.
- Any exchange or returned item should be in their original state with all tags in place and without being used.
- Any item received by the customer damaged or incorrect must be reported with 2 days from receiving the order, and the order will be eligible for a full refund including the delivery cost after the review of the item.
- If any product was submitted for a return or exchange and it was determined to be used to damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund and will be reshiped to the customer with the customer paying the delivery fees.
- All packages can be opened, reviewed and checked during the visit of the delivery courier and if the customer does not wish to accept the package , it can returned immediately with the same delivery courier and only pay the delivery fee.
